Meditation, reflection, and stillness
Advent retreat with Carl Lindeborg
“Stopping and through reflection and meditation becoming more aware of my own thoughts and feelings has been incredibly powerful for me. I feel like a slightly heightened version of myself.”
Jonas Svanhed
Program description
Welcome to an energising and deepening retreat
Take a break from the intensity of everyday life and give yourself a weekend filled with reflection, meditation and stillness. From December 6 to 8, Carl invites you to Lindeborg's Eco Retreat, a green oasis outside Nyköping, where together we create space to fill up with energy, calm and clarity before Christmas time and the winter.
During this retreat, we immerse ourselves in meditation and reflection - powerful tools that help you find balance, well-being and anchoring in yourself in an increasingly fast-moving world. You will learn more about the brain's natural strengths and pitfalls and how you can practically work to establish and strengthen good mental patterns.
Start the days with refreshing yoga sessions, and end them with a relaxing sauna and maybe a cold bath in our natural pool. In between there is space to just be, walk in the forest and at least enjoy innovative vegetarian food, prepared with local and organic ingredients, many grown outside the door.
What to expect
Do you find it challenging to stay focused on what is really important, in an everyday life full of distractions? Is it difficult to find time for reflection and reflection? Does it feel like the days just disappear in "doing mode", one by one? Perhaps you experience an intense existence that makes it difficult to find recovery and mental clarity? Then this retreat is for you. Here you get a chance to create healthy distance from everyday challenges, develop your capacity for presence and calmness, and at the same time get to know your own mind better, so you can switch off the autopilot when it limits you and direct your thoughts and focus where you want.
The more intense life is, the more important it becomes to stop for a moment from time to time to find a deeper and more still place within oneself. This retreat is designed to give you the opportunity to pause for a few days to find new clarity and calmness that will then help you navigate well when you return to everyday life. This strengthens your ability to make good decisions, deal with complexity and find a sense of meaning in life.
Is this for you?

"A fantastic experience! Carl stands firmly in his knowledge and has many creative tools and exercises that for me enabled both an inner journey and one together with the group. No one left the course untouched."
Sara Persson
"Carl's genuine desire to create change in me as an individual and, by extension, the world, makes the effect more pervasive than in any other program I have participated in. The participants leave not only with new knowledge and profound experience, but also with new power and the ability to give more in an increasingly complex everyday life with challenges we do not yet know the answer to.”
Charlotta Holm Klinth
"The retreat was deeply inspiring and transformative. I am hugely fascinated by Carl Lindeborg, his wisdom, worldview and tools for change. We all need to prepare for the future and be good role models. I highly recommend this retreat to anyone who wants to accelerate their adult development!"
Andrea Berglöf
