This retreat is open to anyone and offers valuable tools and profound insights to support your journey.

Meditation and Inner Freedom with Gelong Thubten (continuation)

This retreat offers a unique opportunity to learn from one of the UK’s most influential teachers of meditation and mindfulness, a 3-day deep-dive into Tibetan Buddhist practices and philosophy as presented in the 11th Century Tibetan text called The Four Dharmas of Gampopa, containing powerful instructions for transforming our meditation practice into a journey to inner freedom.

This retreat is for people who have done a retreat before, or have been meditating regularly.
